Open Position: RN - PICU

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2588.64

Opportunity:

RN - PICU

Job Details:

* Work 3x12-hour night shifts per week
* 4-5 weekend shifts required per 4-week schedule
* Navy blue scrubs required
* Minimum 2 years of PICU experience required, preferably in a Level 1 trauma hospital
* CVICU experience preferred
* Previous charge experience preferred
* BSN required
* California nursing license required (no temporary licenses accepted)
* Required certifications: AHA BLS, PALS, ACLS
* Epic charting system experience required
* Care for infant and pediatric patient populations
* 24-bed unit with a daily census of 24 patients
* Proficiency in a wide range of critical care skills required including but not limited to: arterial line management, central line care, ventilator management, CRRT, hemodynamic monitoring, IV vasopressors, ECMO, ICP monitoring, continuous sedation, tracheostomy care, and pediatric dosage calculations
* Interdisciplinary support available including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, radiology, and social services
