Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2122.60

Opportunity:

RN - Step Down/Med Surg

Job Details:

* Work on a combined 23-bed step down and 16-bed med surg unit
* Patient ratios of 1:3-4 on step down and 1:4-6 on med surg
* Day shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 11 RNs, and 4 PCTs
* Night shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 10 RNs, and 4 PCTs
* Required to work 6 Saturday or Sunday shifts in a 6-week period
* Float to other med surg and progressive care units as needed
* Perform trach care, chest tube management, and wound dressing changes
* Work with equipment including lifts, chest tubes, cardiac drips, stable vented patients, and trachs
* Document using Cerner EMR system
* Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
* Experience working with trachs required
* Previous Cerner experience preferred
* Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
* Dress code: Navy blue scrubs
