Opportunity:

RN - Case Manager

Job Details:

* Work 8-hour day shifts from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* Position is based in the Emergency Department supporting a readmission initiative
* Floating required - travelers are first to float and may float to other sister campuses
* All requested time off must be submitted at time of application - no RTO will be approved after submission
* 2 years of Case Manager experience required
* Acute care experience required
* Prior travel experience required
* Degree accreditation must be on profile or must have 5 years of experience
* Florida or Compact nursing license required with recent Nursys verification on profile
* BLS certification required
* Travelers are expected to function as core staff members
* 50-mile radius rule from permanent address applies
