Job Details:

* Provide comprehensive rehabilitative services to patients in a rural health clinic and inpatient setting
* Perform skilled evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient recovery and functional independence
* Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care
* Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques, equipment use, and home-based programs
* Shift hours during clinic hours from 6:30 AM to 5:15 PM, depending on need
* Current Wisconsin Physical Therapist license required
* Current BLS certification required
