Opportunity:

RN - MS Float

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour shifts with a day shift schedule
* Every other weekend requirement
* Every other holiday requirement
* On-call/standby requirement with LCD
* First to float with floating requirements applicable
* 48-hour shifts may be scheduled
* Patient ratio of 1:5 on days and 1:6 on nights
* Nurse aide support available at a 1:15 ratio
* No charge nurse or house supervisor responsibilities
* Care for surgical patients including total joints, fractures, bariatric, urology, and general surgery
* Care for medical patients including CHF, CVA, shortness of breath, and diabetic issues
* RNs are not required to titrate drips
* Telemetry present on unit; monitor tech reads strips with RN confirmation required
* Work with respiratory equipment including CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow devices
* Charting system: EPIC
* Any scrub color permitted
* Cancellation policy: 4 shifts per contract; 3 shifts if contract is under 13 weeks
* Required certifications: BLS
* BSN not required
* Profile review and manager interview required
