Job Details:

* Work every other weekend as part of the schedule
* No on-call responsibilities
* Perform duties assisting staff nurses in the treatment and care of patients in accordance with established hospital methods and procedures
* Work under direct supervision and/or direction of the department manager/director, charge nurse, or staff nurse/team leader
* Strive for superior performance by consistently providing a product or service recognized as ultimately contributing to the patient and family experience
* Recognize and demonstrate understanding of patient and family centered care
* Minimum 2+ years of Long Term Care CNA experience required
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
* Michigan state license required
* MI LTC Fingerprinting preferred
* Must maintain strict attendance policy - 3 strikes for absences or being more than 20 minutes late results in immediate termination
