Opportunity:

Physical Therapist

Job Details:

* Evaluate, plan, and provide treatment to patients upon physician referral
* Treat patients with disabilities, disorders, and injuries to relieve pain and restore or maintain physical function
* Utilize treatment methods including exercise, massage, heat, cold, air, light, water, electricity, and sound
* Collaborate with family members and health team members regarding patient abilities and goals
* Must have thorough knowledge of therapy procedures, current orthopedic and neurological follow-up procedures, and rehabilitation practices
* Apply basic computer skills including locating and opening documents, completing forms, and sending email messages
* Bachelor of Science or master's degree in physical therapy from an APTA-accredited institution required
* Current valid Oregon state licensure as a Physical Therapist required
* Current CPR certification required
* Must possess a positive attitude with strong communication and team interaction skills
