Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2068.12

Opportunity:

ART PACU RN

Job Details:

* Night shift schedule: 7:30 PM to 8:00 AM, Friday through Sunday
* Holiday coverage may be required
* No on-call required
* Patient ratio of 2 patients to 1 nurse
* Possibility to float to other PACUs within the facility
* Minimum 2 years of PACU or critical care experience required
* ICU experience preferred
* Experience recovering vascular and cardiac patients preferred
* Previous charge nurse experience preferred
* First-time travelers not accepted
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
* Required license: South Carolina or Multi-State RN license
* Charting system: Epic (experience required)
* Skills required: care of ventilated patients, dysrhythmia recognition and management, triage
* Patient age groups served: adults and geriatrics
* Scheduling type: block scheduling
* Interdisciplinary support available including physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, lift teams, rapid response teams, and pharmacy

Facility:

This facility is a Level I Trauma Center, teaching facility, and Magnet-designated hospital with 820 total staffed beds. The unit consists of 12 beds with a daily census of approximately 30 patients and utilizes Epic for charting. Comprehensive interdisciplinary support services are available on-site, including physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, lift teams, rapid response teams, and pharmacy.
