Job Details:

* Must have IV Certification for Texas
* Must hold a valid Texas pharmacist license
* Must have ACPE-accredited sterile compounding certification
* Hospital experience required
* Residency training preferred
* Board certification preferred
* HCA experience preferred
* Work on 3rd floor, Tower A of the pharmacy unit
* Day shift includes decentralized pharmacists, clinical specialists, and central pharmacists with technician support
* Overnight shift runs 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM on a 7 on / 7 off schedule starting Wednesday nights
* Most pharmacists work every other weekend
* Perform order verification and process missing medication requests
* Perform sterile compounding procedures
* Work with equipment including Pyxis, DoseEdge, and C2 Safe
* Use Meditech EMR system with Vigilanz as a supplement
* Must be a willing and strong communicator
* Required to wear maroon scrubs
* Pharmacist license required
