Open Position: Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Opportunity:

Cath Lab Tech with EP Experience

Job Details:

* Work 4 rotating 10-hour shifts per day, either 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM
* On-call hours from 4:30 PM to 6:00 AM
* Call response time of 30 minutes required
* Weeknight, weekend, and holiday call coverage required
* Cancellation policy allows 2 shifts per 13-week contract
* Scrub and document cases and stock rooms
* Scrub and assist physicians with all EP procedures
* Monitor and circulate cases in EP lab
* Utilize EP recording systems including Carto and Abbott systems
* Work with equipment including Toshiba, Carto, and Abbott systems
* Average of 15-18 cases per day across 3 Cath Labs
* Experience required with Impella, IABP, INARI, Electrophysiology, PVC, PT, Cryo or transseptal ablations, laser lead extractions, device work, and EP recording systems
* Float only within Cath Lab and EP department
* OR scrubs provided daily
* Charting system: EPIC
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, WVRT license, ARRT
* Accepts: ARRT (R), ARRT (CI), ARRT (VI)
* BSN not required
* Valid license required at time of submission

This acute care facility operates a comprehensive cardiac catheterization lab with 3 dedicated Cath Labs focused on providing advanced cardiovascular care. The facility offers a full range of electrophysiology and interventional cardiology services, treating a wide variety of cardiology patients. The department is equipped with modern imaging and recording technology to support complex cardiac procedures in a fast-paced clinical environment.
