Registered Dietitian

Job Details:

* Day shift hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
* No on-call responsibilities
* Rotate weekends as needed
* Assess patients for all nutritional needs including tube feedings, TPN, supplements, and dietary preferences
* Attend patient rounding, staff meetings, resident training, and quality meetings
* Float to all units including Med/Surg, ICU, and CCU
* Patient ratios of 15 to 18
* Use Meditech EMR system
* Must wear red scrubs
* Registered Dietitian (RD) license required
* Licensed Dietitian by state (LD) required
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* More than 3 years of experience in an acute care setting preferred
* Collaborative and team-oriented personality required

Facility:

This healthcare facility is a 166-bed acute care hospital with a Food and Nutrition Services department staffed by approximately 30 team members. The facility operates across multiple units including Med/Surg, ICU, and CCU, providing comprehensive inpatient care. The organization utilizes the Meditech EMR system and emphasizes a collaborative, team-oriented work environment to support quality patient outcomes.
