Opportunity:

Interventional Radiology Tech

Job Details:

* Neuro interventional experience required
* 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
* Varied 8-hour shifts with start times ranging from 7:00 AM, 7:30 AM, 8:00 AM, 8:30 AM, and 9:00 AM
* Weekend coverage supported by an on-call rotation shared among 6 to 8 staff members
* On-call required after 5:00 PM daily and on weekends with primary and backup call techs
* 13 to 26 week contract options available
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* Epic charting system experience preferred
* Trauma Level I experience preferred
* Must have neuro interventional experience including: Stroke Thrombectomy, Aneurysm Coiling, Aneurysm Stenting, AVM Embolization, and Carotid Stenting
* Line access experience required including port placements, PICC placement, and Dialysis Catheter Placement
* Peripheral and body angiography experience required
* Work in a Peripheral and Neuro Interventional Radiology Department within a Level 1 Trauma Center
* Patient population includes adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
* Daily census of 15 to 20 cases per department
* 3 procedure rooms
* Interdisciplinary support includes IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, and Transportation
* Skills required: Interventional Radiology, PACS, NICU, Peds, Trauma, and ER
* Required certifications: ARRT R, ARRT VI, BLS, and SC Radiography State License
* May be required to float to other units qualified for based on census needs

This facility is a Level 1 Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center offering advanced interventional radiology services.
