Job Details:

* Strong cardiovascular experience required
* Tuesday starts
* Day shift position with night shift covered by on-call
* On-call response time is 45 minutes from phone call to clocking into the unit
* Weekends and nights covered by call shifts
* Work in a 5 OR unit with 3 open ORs and 2 hybrid ORs
* Patient ratio of 1:1
* EMR system: Meditech
* Typical procedures include CABG, AVR, MVR, aortic replacements, vascular procedures, and heart transplants
* May be required to float to Spine OR
* Scrubs provided for OR staff
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
* CNOR certification preferred
* Active RN license required

The facility operates a state-of-the-art cardiac OR environment, including hybrid operating rooms designed to support complex cardiovascular procedures such as heart transplants and major vascular surgeries. The unit maintains a 1:1 patient ratio and is staffed with a multidisciplinary team of skilled healthcare professionals committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
