Job Details:

* Rotating 10-hour shifts with options of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, or 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* No self-scheduling available
* Typically no call requirements for travelers due to innovative team structure
* Limited backup call on weekends - 12-hour rotating shifts shared among staff, averaging only 1-2 times per contract
* 30-minute call response time required
* 4 shifts cancellation policy per 13-week assignment
* Work in a 4-suite operating room performing 10 to 20 cases per day
* Common cases include general surgery, breast, orthopedic total joints (no spine), urology, GYN, and robotics
* Scrubbing not required for RNs
* May float to Endoscopy if experienced
* Charge nurse available to assist with flow
* OR technicians on staff
* Charting via Epic EMR
* 2 to 3 days of unit-specific orientation provided
* Scrubs/dress code provided by facility
* Prefer 2 to 4 years of OR experience
* Travel experience preferred
* Required certification: BLS (AHA)
