Open Position: RN - Wound Care

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2604.80

Opportunity:

Wound Care RN (BSN)

Job Details:

* Work 5x8 day shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
* No weekend requirements
* No on-call requirements
* No floating within facility; floating to sister facilities on like units required
* Minimum 2 years of WOCN RN experience required
* Pediatric experience highly preferred
* Must be WOCN certified for wound and ostomy care (continence certification not required)
* Required certifications: BLS, WOCN
* Charting system: Epic (experience required)
* Scrubs provided by facility
* Parking pass available for a one-time payment of $20 (nights and weekends only)
* Block scheduling type
* Provide wound care for adult, pediatric, and mental health patients
* Perform advanced wound care including negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT), fistula management, traumatic wound care, and ostomy care (colostomy, ileostomy, urostomy)
* Treat patients across all age groups including neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
* Perform skills including pressure ulcer assessment and management, sharp debridement, wound vac therapy, wound cultures, vacuum assisted closure, and ostomy equipment selection
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2-week period

The facility utilizes Epic as its charting system and supports an interdisciplinary approach to patient care, maintaining high standards for both clinical excellence and staff performance.
