CT Technologist

Job Details:

* Work Friday through Sunday, 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM with minimal call requirements
* Weekend shifts per contract with holiday rotation required
* Scrubs provided by facility
* One week of department-specific orientation provided with resources available throughout
* Perform CT scans for inpatient, outpatient, and emergent cases
* Work across 4 GE scanners: 2 inpatient, 1 outpatient, and 1 in the ED
* Outpatient averages 12-14 scans per day; ED machine averages approximately 40 scans across all shifts
* Experience working with trauma patients required (Level II facility)
* No floating required - work exclusively within the CT department
* IV placement preferred but not required
* Use Epic and McKesson PACS systems
* Radiologist in-house during the day; on call after hours
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (R) required; ARRT-CT preferred
* Radiation badge required (responsibility of traveler's employer; facility will not provide)

Facility:

This acute care facility operates a comprehensive radiology department with four GE CT scanners serving inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department needs. As a Level II trauma center, the facility handles a high volume of complex cases and provides around-the-clock radiology support with in-house radiologists during the day and on-call coverage after hours. The department maintains a strong support structure, ensuring technologists have access to experienced resources throughout their shifts.
