ICU/CCU RN

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* Schedule runs Sunday through Saturday
* Weekend coverage required
* Float required
* Treat adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
* Minimum 18 months of experience required
* First-time travelers welcome
* Local candidates accepted
* Epic charting system experience required and must be noted in work history
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI (Blue Card from Crisis Prevention Institute - must be in-hand when applying), NIHSS
* CPI Blue Card must be from the Crisis Prevention Institute in-hand; MAB or online CPI Blue certification not accepted
* California state license required in-hand when applying; EMSA not accepted
* Two supervisor references required when applying
* Required skills include: BiPAP/CPAP management, suctioning (ETT, NT), care of ventilated patients, arterial line management, management of dysrhythmias, central line care/management, titrating cardiac drips, titrating vasoactive drips, and isolation precautions/PPE
* Interdisciplinary support available including physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, lift teams, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretary
