Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
* Minimum staffing of 3 respiratory therapy staff on night shift
* Patient ratios average 30-40 points per shift
* Work within a 240-bed facility alongside a team of 15 RT staff
* Utilize Hamilton G5 equipment and Meditech EMR system
* Administer treatments, set up ventilators, assist with intubations, perform ABGs, and provide patient and staff education
* Deliver all RT therapies across ED, PEDS, ICU, NICU, and Med Surg units
* Autonomy required as RT plays a key role in NICU and ICU therapy and ventilator liberation
* Flexible scheduling available
* Minimum of 6 months current hospital RRT experience required
* CRT or NBRC certification required
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS
* Prior Meditech experience preferred
* PICU and NICU experience preferred
* Team-player and collaborative personality a strong fit for this unit
