Job Details:

* Work in a 15-bed emergency department on the first floor of the main hospital
* Patient ratio of 4:1
* AM and PM shifts include 1 Charge nurse and 7 RNs; mid-shifts include RNs, techs, and paramedics
* Standard schedule includes 2 weekend shifts every two weeks
* No floating required
* Navy scrubs required
* Utilize Expanse EMR system
* See and treat all types of patients in a fast-paced emergency department environment
* Required certifications: TNCC and ENPC or PALS
* Teamwork and charge experience preferred
* Strong teamwork and compassion essential for success in this role

This emergency department facility operates a well-staffed unit with a team of 55 staff members dedicated to providing high-quality emergency care. The department features a structured staffing model across all shifts, ensuring consistent coverage and support for both patients and clinical staff.
