COTA - SNF

Job Details:

* Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts
* Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
* Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients
* Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patients' needs and goals
* Administer therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patients' motor skills, coordination, and functional abilities
* Teach patients how to use adaptive equipment and assistive devices
* Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
* Required certifications: BLS, FCC
* Rapid Response Crisis position
