Open Position: Echo Technologist - Echo Tech

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $568.60

Opportunity:

Pediatric Echocardiography / Fetal Echocardiography

Job Details:

* 5x8 day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one hour lunch
* May be required to be on call once a month depending on full-time staff availability
* Possible nights and weekends on-call coverage
* Patient ratio of 8 patients per day
* 3 exam rooms available
* Minimum of 3 years of pediatric echocardiography and/or fetal echocardiography experience required
* Required certifications: ARDMS, ARDMS RDCS PE, BLS
* Royal blue scrubs required
* Perform 2-D Echo, 3-D Echo, Color Doppler, Pulsed Wave Doppler, Continuous Wave Doppler, and M-Mode studies
* Perform fetal echocardiography and portable studies
* Scan complex congenital anomalies including Tetralogy of Fallot, Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome, Transposition of the Great Arteries, and other complex cardiac conditions
* Perform procedures on patients in ICU/ED settings
* Conduct Transesophageal Echocardiogram (TEE) and bubble studies
* Experience with GE, Philips, and Siemens equipment preferred
* Serve patient age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, and adults
* Patient diagnoses include pediatric heart conditions, congenital heart disease, and cardiomyopathy
