Job Details:

* 5 x 8-hour day shifts per week
* No weekend requirements
* No on-call requirements
* Local candidates only; role is temporary to permanent
* Minimum 6 months of experience required; at least 1 year preferred
* First-time travelers accepted
* MA-C certification required (MA-R not accepted)
* BLS certification required
* Reliable personal transportation required
* Charting system: Epic (required)
* Room patients and prepare charts
* Answer patient questions via phone and MyChart
* Process patient paperwork as needed
* Skills required include: Adult Outpatient Clinic, hearing screening, vision testing, obtaining vital signs, recording history/medications/allergies, nebulizer treatments, immunizations, labeling of specimens, throat and urine (UA/clean catch) collection, venipuncture, blood glucose via glucometer, telephone triage, administration of TB test, follow-up phone calls, suture removal, and pharmacy calls/patient refill requests
* May be required to float within skillset to meet facility needs
