Opportunity:

RN - PICU

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Pediatric ICU assignment with a 15-bed unit
* Patient ratio of 2:1
* Work alongside Intensivists, RNs, and Respiratory Therapists on night shift
* Utilize General CR Monitoring equipment
* Document using Meditech/CPN EMR system
* Perform IV starts and blood draws
* Perform TPT placements
* Minimum 1 year of current hospital PICU RN experience required
* BLS and PALS certifications required
* CRRT experience preferred
* APHON certification preferred
* Pediatric teaching hospital experience preferred
* Must work well under pressure and in a teaching hospital environment
* Strong patient care experience is a priority

Facility:

This facility is a Level II Trauma Center housing a specialized Pediatric ICU with 15 beds and a dedicated staff of 38 healthcare professionals. The unit operates with a multidisciplinary team including Intensivists, Registered Nurses, Respiratory Therapists, Dietary staff, and Case Management. The facility utilizes modern monitoring equipment and an established EMR system to support high-quality patient care in a dynamic teaching hospital environment.
