Opportunity:

LVN - Outpatient Clinic

Job Details:

* Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinic experience required
* Active California LVN license required at time of submission
* Valid California IV certification required at time of submission
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC only), IV & Blood certified
* Epic charting system experience required
* Floating between locations required - traveler must be flexible
* No on-call requirements
* No weekend requirements
* No scheduling requests can be accommodated
* Patients served include adults and geriatrics
* Expected skills include but are not limited to: patient admissions and discharge, blood glucose monitoring, central line blood draws and dressing changes, IV pump management, phlebotomy, 12-lead EKG/ECG, telephone triage, wound care, vaccine administration, medication reconciliation, vital sign monitoring, and outpatient clinic procedures
* 2 supervisor or higher references from within the past 1 year of employment required at time of submission
