Job Details:

* 36-hour night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* Weekday shifts with every other weekend required
* Float position
* 13-week contract
* Patient ratios of 2:1 for days, nights, and weekends
* Self-scheduling
* Treats adult and geriatric patient populations
* Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
* Previous charge experience preferred
* Required certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS
* Preferred certification: CCRN
* Required skills: Conscious sedation, telemetry, and ventilator management
* Additional skills include arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP management, blood product administration, central line care, IV insulin protocols, management of dysrhythmias, titrating cardiac and vasoactive drips, and management of patients with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure
* Charting system: Cerner
* Scrubs not provided; wine and/or burgundy colored scrubs required
* WV or Compact license required; pending license accepted for submission
* Interdisciplinary support available including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, social services, and rapid response teams
