RN - CVICU

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour shifts in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU)
* 36 hours per week with 3 weekend shifts every 4 weeks
* Patient ratios of 1:1 for immediate post-surgical patients and 1:2 for POD 1-3 patients
* Primary nursing model utilized on the unit
* Documentation system: Meditech Expanse
* Required dress code: Navy Blue
* Floating policy requires maintaining the same patient ratio as the unit floated to
* 1-2 years of experience with fresh cardiac surgery patients and direct primary recovery required
* Advanced skills required: ACLS, balloon pump, Impella training, Hemosphere or Acumen training
* Unit is part of a new cardiac surgery program launch
* Required certifications: ACLS
