Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1858.20

Opportunity:

LTC LPN - 8hr/12hr Evening/NOC Variable shifts

Job Details:

* 8-hour or 12-hour evening and night variable shifts (must be flexible)
* Guaranteed 36 to 48 hours per week with a minimum of 36 hours and maximum of 48 hours
* Every other weekend and every other holiday required
* Holiday rotation required
* No on-call or callback requirements
* Float to sister facility approximately 25 miles away as needed
* Work in a 43-bed long-term care facility and clinic
* Night shift staffing consists of 1 nurse and 2 CNAs
* Day and evening shift includes 1 charge nurse handling treatments, PRNs, and narcotics, and 1 nurse or TMA managing medication cart
* Perform treatments, PRN administration, narcotic management, and medication passing
* Must be able to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner
* Minimum 2 years of LPN experience required with at least 1 year of long-term care experience
* Matrix charting experience preferred
* Associate Degree or Certificate required
* Required certifications: Active Minnesota LPN license and AHA BLS
* Scrub colors: Work appropriate solids or prints
