Job Details:

* 4+ years of experience required
* Resume required at submission
* California nursing license required
* Work on a Labor & Delivery unit located on the 2nd floor
* Unit operates with 10 beds and a staff of 120
* Day and night shift staffing includes a Charge Nurse, Unit Clerk, Scrub Tech, and RNs based on patient census
* Patient ratios per California Title 22 regulations
* EMR system: Meditech/CPN
* Typical procedures include deliveries, C-sections, and other L&D OR related cases
* Rotating weekends based on CBA
* Required certifications: BLS
* Must be a team player

The unit operates with a robust team of healthcare professionals and maintains staffing standards in accordance with California Title 22 patient ratio requirements. The facility utilizes modern electronic medical record systems to support efficient and high-quality patient care.
