Hospital Staff Pharmacist

Job Details:

* 4x10 shift schedule alternating between 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
* Minimum 3 years of general pharmacy experience required
* 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience preferred
* Weekend shifts possible
* No on-call requirements
* Block scheduling not available
* First-time travelers accepted
* Local candidates accepted
* Charting system: Cerner; prior experience not required
* Tennessee pharmacy license or compact license required and must be in hand at time of submission
* One reference required at time of submission
* Travel pairs allowed
