Pharmacist

Job Details:

* Night shift hours from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM and evening shift hours from 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM
* Work with complex patients including trauma, burn, critical care, pediatrics, cardiac surgery, and ECMO cases
* Perform IV verification, medication verification, and IV compounding as needed
* Utilize documentation systems including Meditech Expanse, Vigilanz, Dose Edge, Pyxis, and C2 Safe
* Dose Edge IV experience required
* Pyxis experience required
* Minimum 2 years of hospital experience required
* Advanced skills required including Vancomycin AUC dosing, Aminoglycoside dosing, renal dosing, warfarin, enoxaparin, electrolyte protocols, heparin, and DOAC management
* Virginia State Pharmacist license required
* No floating policy
* Scrubs in silver or purple preferred
* Access to resources including Sanford Guide, UpToDate, Vancomycin AUC calculator, Briggs, and LexiDrug
