Open Position: RN - Bone Marrow Oncology

RN - BMT/ONC

Job Details:

* 13-week contract assignment
* 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Rotating weekend schedule required
* No on-call requirements
* Patient ratio of 1:3 or 1:4
* Work on a 24-bed cell therapy and transplant unit located on the 6th floor
* Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, and blood products
* Perform frequent lab draws and assist with cell transplants
* Operate Alaris pumps and document using Meditech EMR
* Oncology experience required
* ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate (15.25 contact hours - full certification, not fundamental) required
* TCT (Tumor Cell Therapy) experience required
* BMT experience preferred
* CAR-T experience preferred
* Scrub color: Navy
* No artificial or gel nails permitted
* Masks required in all patient care areas

The unit maintains strict chemotherapy administration policies, requiring specially trained personnel to ensure patient and staff safety. The facility is equipped with modern technology and follows comprehensive hazardous drug handling protocols to provide exceptional care to oncology and transplant patients.
