Opportunity:

Physical Therapist

Job Details:

* Work in a busy therapy department providing both out-patient and in-patient services
* Provide physical therapy services across multiple settings including in-patient hospital care, in-patient nursing home care, out-patient clinic, local school visits, and home care visits
* Treat a diverse patient population including orthopedic, neurological, developmentally delayed pediatric, and musculoskeletal injury cases
* Utilize a variety of rehabilitation services including hydrotherapy, pelvic health therapy, dry needling, LSVT Big and Loud Program, and pain management
* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary rehab services team offering physical, occupational, and speech therapy
* Housing assistance is available for the assignment duration

Facility:

This private, not-for-profit facility owns and operates a hospital, nursing home, and clinic serving as the only medical facility in the county. The facility features nineteen licensed acute care beds, thirty-five long-term care beds, and a full-service Rural Health Clinic. Comprehensive services include laboratory, radiology (CT, ultrasound, mammography, diagnostic X-ray, and MRI), a hydrotherapy pool, hospice care, home care, and emergency medical services, supported by an active medical staff of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
