Job Details:

* 13-week assignment
* Rotating shifts with effort made to provide a consistent pattern when possible
* Alternating weekends required
* No on-call required
* No block scheduling required
* Patient ratio of 1:16 on day shifts
* Float between all three ministry locations required
* Conduct acute behavioral health assessments in the Emergency Department for patients of all ages (adolescents, adults, and geriatrics)
* Perform care management and discharge planning on medical/surgical floors
* At least 1 year of experience required
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Trauma Level I and Level II experience preferred
* Experience with Emergency Department behavioral health assessments strongly preferred
* Comfortable performing acute behavioral health assessments across all age groups required
* Both care management experience and behavioral health assessment experience strongly preferred
* Acute care inpatient hospital experience with discharge planning required
* Charting via Epic required
* Required certification: LCSW
* Valid compact state license must be in hand at time of submission
* Scrubs: any color; OR/Critical Care/ED/Maternal Child scrubs provided by facility
* No parking fee
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
* May be expected to float between sister facilities; refusal to float may result in termination or forfeiture of guaranteed hours
