Job Details:

* Work either 3x12-hour shifts or 4x10-hour shifts per week
* Schedule includes 6-7 days plus 1 weekend per month
* Day shift position with night shift coverage at 0 staffing
* Located on the first floor operating room
* Patient ratio of 4 to 5 cases per team
* On-call requirement of 4 to 5 call days at MCAL
* Floating requirement between Surgical Hospital and Alliance campus
* Must be a qualified RN Circulator capable of positioning patients on hospital bed, prepping, positioning for surgery, and monitoring all equipment
* Perform and assist with total joints, hip replacements, tibia and fibula surgeries, ankle and foot procedures, and mid-foot joint surgeries
* Assist with plastics procedures including breast reductions, expansions, robotic XI and DV5, and breast reconstruction DIEP flaps
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Circulator strongly preferred
* Must be willing to take trauma call at main campus
* Must not request time off during assignment

Facility:

This surgical hospital operates a specialized operating room environment with a highly experienced and tenured surgical services team, the majority of whom have been with the facility for 3 or more years. The facility features modern robotic surgical technology including the XI and DV5 systems and supports a wide range of orthopedic, plastics, and podiatric procedures. Staff share resources between two campuses, promoting collaboration and flexibility across the organization.
