Open Position: RN - ER Peds

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2444.12

Opportunity:

RN - Pediatric ED

Job Details:

* Minimum 2 years of Pediatric ED experience required
* BSN required
* Active and unrestricted RN license in Ohio or Compact license required
* Required certifications: CPR, PALS
* Dress code: Navy scrubs with navy or black scrub pants required
* Provide professional nursing care in alignment with American Nurses Association standards and Ohio Board of Nursing standards of professional performance
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to promote optimal health outcomes for patients and families
* Promote a patient and family experience-oriented environment
* Float across all ED sites including Main ED and Crisis Center, as well as inpatient units when necessary
* May be assigned to South ED based on staffing needs
* Will work in the Mental Health Crisis Center as part of ED RN rotation
* When ED census is low, may be required to float to Specialty Pediatric Units (Med/Surg), PICU, NICU, or Transitional Care Unit
* Responsible for care of 1-4 patients based on patient acuity and assigned unit
* Must have pediatric experience
