Open Position: OT - Therapy Rehab

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2147.40

Opportunity:

OT or PT - Physical Therapy

Job Details:

* Work 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* Must start no later than 8:00 AM
* Work two weekend shifts per month with a compensatory day off during the week
* 36 guaranteed hours per week
* 13-week assignment
* Call requirements to be discussed during interview
* Float as needed per facility floating policy
* Perform in-patient rehabilitation occupational therapy evaluations and treatments for neuro and ortho patients
* Perform acute care evaluations and treatments including ortho, tele, and ICU patients
* Minimum 2 years of experience required; 2-3 years in rehab and/or acute hospital preferred
* In-patient rehab and/or hospital experience required
* Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
* NDT or brain injury certifications preferred
* Active OT or PT license required - temporary licenses not accepted
* Documentation system: Meditech
* Dress code: Sage green/olive scrub top, black scrub pants, sage green scrub jacket, white or black undershirts only
* Nails must be clean and healthy
* Hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors; beards, mustaches, and sideburns must be neatly trimmed
* Body art should be covered whenever possible
* Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited
