RN - OR

Job Details:

* Work 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM
* Call required including 1 weeknight and 2 weekend days per month, with possibility of additional call based on departmental need
* May float to other facilities as needed
* Heavy focus on Orthopedic, Urology, Spine, and Robotic procedures
* Must be able to circulate in the operating room
* Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs
* Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team
* Provide explanations and instructions to patients and responsible parties
* Demonstrate clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition
* Maintain complete and accurate medical records
* Participate in continuing education
* Required certifications: CPR/BLS, ACLS
* Current Illinois Registered Nurse license required
