Job Details:

* Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients as a member of the interdisciplinary team
* EMR system: EPIC
* No on-call responsibilities
* Weekend coverage may be requested
* Occupational therapy experience required
* First-time traveler accepted
* Traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses
* Must be located at least 50 miles from the facility based on driver's license
* Required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day
* Scrub color: Dark Grey/Charcoal
* Required certifications: Active BLS (AHA preferred; ARC or US Military certificates also accepted)
* Active Iowa Occupational Therapy license required
* Skills checklist specific to Occupational Therapy required
* 1 Supervisory Reference Form completed within the last two years required
* Valid driver's license required
* Mandatory reporter certification required
