PT - Home Health

Job Details:

* 5x8 hour shifts, Monday through Friday
* 40 guaranteed hours per week
* Schedule 6 to 7 patient visits per day
* Adult and geriatric patient population required
* 1 year of experience required, first-time travelers accepted
* No weekend requirements
* No on-call requirements
* Block schedule available Monday through Friday
* Maryland or Compact PT state license required and must be active at submission
* BLS certification required
* Skills required include cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, home health, neurology, oncology, and orthopedics
* Two supervisor references required
* Must be willing to float within scope of practice
* Nicotine-free candidates required; positive nicotine screen will result in cancellation
* Maximum of 1 pre-approved time off request
* Local candidates accepted with no mile radius rule

The facility supports a large patient population with a payroll census of over 700, and offers interdisciplinary support including interpretation services and social services.
