Job Details:

* Day and evening shifts available with primary shift times of 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
* Combination of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts
* Every other weekend coverage required
* Every other holiday coverage required
* 13-week assignment length
* 36 guaranteed hours per week
* Overtime available at this location
* Patient ratio of 2 nurses during day and evening shifts
* 42-bed facility serving long-term care patients including memory care, dementia, and orthopedic cases
* No behavioral risk patients currently
* Charting system: Point Click Care (PCC)
* BSN not required
* BLS certification required
* Brief on-site orientation required including building orientation and lift training (approximately 2 to 4 hours)

This post-acute care facility operates a 42-bed unit providing long-term care services with a specialized focus on memory care, dementia, and orthopedic patient populations. The facility utilizes Point Click Care as its electronic medical records system and maintains structured nurse-to-patient ratios to ensure quality care.
