Open Position: Certified Surgical Tech - Certified Surgical Tech OR

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1866.40

Job Details:

* Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexibility for day/evening hours as needed
* 1:1 patient ratio (estimated, not guaranteed)
* On-call requirements of 1-2 call shifts per week from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
* Must be competent in Neuro/Spine procedures
* Must have Ortho/Joint experience
* Minimum of 6 months current hospital experience as CST required
* NBSTA and DORA certifications required prior to submission
* BLS certification required
* Work in a 14-OR suite alongside a team including charge staff, RNs, STs, PCTs, ATs, and trauma team
* EMR system used is Meditech - prior experience preferred
* Typical procedures include Neuro, Transplants, and Ortho/Spine
* Level I and trauma experience preferred
* Must be a team player with a high level of accountability, expertise, and self-direction

This facility is a full-service hospital operating 14 operating rooms with a staff of 70 FTEs. The facility supports a wide range of surgical specialties including neurology, transplants, orthopedics, and spine procedures, along with trauma services. The organization maintains a collaborative team environment with dedicated charge staff on both day and night shifts, providing a well-supported setting for surgical professionals.
