Opportunity:

RN - Long Term Care

Job Details:

* 12-hour day shifts
* 36 hours guaranteed per week
* Schedule posted four weeks at a time with block scheduling accommodated
* Every other weekend required
* Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in a Long Term Care setting required
* Active Registered Nurse license in the State of North Dakota or Compact license required
* Active BLS issued through American Heart Association required
* Charting system: MatrixCare
* Medication administration using bubble pack medication carts
* Skills checklist completed within one year of submittal required
* Two professional references from work history within the past three years required
* Competency exam with a minimum passing score of 80% required

Facility:

This long term care facility provides ongoing skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to patients in a supportive and structured environment. The facility utilizes electronic charting and modern medication distribution systems to ensure safe and efficient patient care. Staff work collaboratively to deliver high-quality care to residents requiring long term nursing support.
