Open Position: RN - PACU

Opportunity:

RN - PACU

Job Details:

* Work 36 hours per week across three 12-hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM
* On-call requirements include 3-5 weeknights and 1 weekend per 6-week schedule
* Float to Broadway Day Unit (pre-post) phase 2 as needed to care for phase two patients
* Care for all surgical specialties including adults and pediatric patients, ICU, MRI, Oncology, and IR patients post-procedures
* Work in a 16-bay Phase I PACU with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:1 or 2:1
* Utilize Epic charting, AcuDose Medication Dispensing, and Philips monitors
* Must work independently and efficiently
* Minimum 2 years of recent PACU experience required
* Critical care or intermediate unit experience preferred
* Experience working with pediatric patients required
* Epic experience required
* Active North Dakota or Compact RN license required
* Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
* Scrubs: Ceil Blue (provided by facility)
* Must badge in and out at facility

This acute care facility is a Level 1 Trauma Center offering a comprehensive range of surgical specialties and advanced medical services. The PACU department operates a 16-bay Phase I unit and supports a wide variety of post-procedure patients including adult and pediatric populations, as well as ICU, MRI, Oncology, and Interventional Radiology cases. The facility utilizes industry-leading technology including Epic charting and Philips monitoring systems to support high-quality patient care.
