Open Position: RAD Tech - Interventional Rad Tech

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $3849.20

Opportunity:

RAPID RESPONSE

Job Details:

* 6-week assignment with 48 hours guaranteed per week
* Shift hours: 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM day shift
* On-call required 1 night per week and 1 rotating weekend per month with possible holiday coverage
* Work in Interventional Radiology unit with 5 IR suites
* Patient ratio of 2 IR Techs and 1 IR RN
* Operate equipment including 4 Siemens Bi-planes and 1 Siemens Single plane
* Use EMR systems Meditech and GE Centricity PACS
* Perform procedures including Neuro Comprehensive Stroke Center cases (Strokes, Aneurysms, SAH, DVT) and Level 1 Trauma Center procedures (GIB, EMBOs, Gastronomy Tubes, Nephrostomy)
* Minimum 6 months of current acute care hospital IR Tech experience required
* Neuro interventional experience preferred (Strokes, Aneurysms, SAH)
* Expert knowledge of Vascular Interventional Radiology procedures with minimal guidance preferred
* Required certifications: ARRT (R) and BLS must be provided in submission packet
* Self-motivated individual comfortable working in a fast-paced interventional lab and team environment

This healthcare facility is a Level 1 Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center featuring 5 Interventional Radiology suites equipped with advanced Siemens imaging technology. The facility provides a wide range of complex interventional procedures and operates with a collaborative team environment to deliver high-quality patient care across a variety of specialties.
