Opportunity:

Mammography Technologist

Job Details:

* Day shift position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* No weekend or holiday requirements
* No on-call or standby requirements
* Perform screening mammography and DEXA exams only (no diagnostic mammography)
* Average of 15 exams per day
* Work within one mammography room and one DEXA room
* No floating or coverage of other areas required
* Use EPIC EMR and McKesson PACS systems
* Operate Hologic imaging equipment
* No IV start requirements
* On-site department-specific orientation provided
* Dress code requires black pants and solid color scrub top (any color)
* Driver's license required
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ARRT(R), ARRT(M)
* BSN not required

This acute care facility operates a dedicated mammography department equipped with modern Hologic imaging technology. The department features a mammography room and a DEXA room, supported by an experienced radiology supervisor. The facility utilizes EPIC EMR and McKesson PACS systems to ensure efficient and accurate patient care and imaging management.
