Open Position: RN - LTC

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $3622.40

Opportunity:

Director of Nursing - 8hr days (mostly) - Gundersen Tweeten - Spring Grove, MN

Job Details:

* 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with flexibility to assist on other shifts as needed
* 40 guaranteed hours per week
* 13-week contract
* On-call required, rotating call with other lead nurses
* Weekend rotation as needed
* Holiday rotation as needed
* No float requirements
* Required to assist on the floor as needed
* Work in a 38-bed unit providing short-term and long-term care
* Patient ratios: Days 1:20, PM/Nights 1:38
* Primary case type: Long-term care (LTC)
* Casual dress code required
* Matrix EMR experience preferred
* Previous Manager, Lead, or DON experience strongly preferred
* Minimum 2+ years of geriatric nursing experience required, with at least 2 years in a long-term care nursing facility preferred
* Required certifications: MN RN license (must be current and active) and AHA BLS
* Required education: Graduate of an accredited RN program; Associate Degree or Certificate required, Bachelor's Degree preferred

This facility is a long-term care organization operating a 38-bed unit that provides both short-term and long-term care services to its patient population. The facility offers a collaborative nursing environment where the Director of Nursing works closely with lead nurses and administrative staff to ensure quality patient care across all shifts.
