RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (3x12s)
* 36 guaranteed hours per week
* Every other weekend and holiday schedule required
* No on-call requirements
* No float requirements
* 2+ years of Medical Surgical experience required
* Epic EMR experience required
* Specialty focus on Adult Acute Care with General Med Surg patient population
* Patient ratio of 1:6
* Telemetry experience preferred
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS (AHA), WV Cares
* West Virginia State License or Compact License required
* Scrub color: Navy Blue, dress code per facility policy

This medical facility operates an 18-bed Medical Surgical unit providing comprehensive acute care services to the surrounding community. The facility utilizes Epic EMR technology and maintains a focus on quality patient care within a structured and supportive environment. The unit serves a general medical surgical patient population with consistent staffing ratios to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
