RN - Cath Lab

Job Details:

* Work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with after-hours on-call responsibilities
* After-hours callback is minimal, making on-call responsibilities manageable
* Previous Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology (IR) experience required
* Provide pre, intra, and post care for cardiac patients
* Work in a 2-lab, 5-patient bay unit alongside 2 full-time RNs and 5 full-time RCIS staff
* Unit handles approximately 3 STEMIs per month
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
* Required uniform: Royal Blue Scrubs
* Equipment used: GE/MacLab
* Documentation system: Meditech
* 26-week contract option available; local candidates accepted

This facility is a main campus hospital featuring a dedicated Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology unit with two fully equipped labs and five patient bays. The unit maintains a collaborative team environment and is supported by experienced full-time staff. The facility is equipped with modern GE/MacLab technology and utilizes Meditech for documentation, ensuring a high standard of cardiac patient care.
