RN - MS/Tele

Job Details:

* Work 3x12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
* Every other weekend coverage required, may vary based on unit need
* Floating to other units or facilities is required as needed
* Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required; first-time travelers will be reviewed based on experience
* Minimum 1 year of EPIC EMR experience required
* Medication system: Omnicell
* Patient ratio of 5:1 for days, nights, and weekends
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
* South Carolina RN license required
* Required skills: Medical/Telemetry with preference for Telemetry, ER Holding, and Cardiac Telemetry
* Additional skills include: Blood Product Administration, CVA care, interpretation of dysrhythmias, surgical drains, telemetry remote monitoring, and total joint replacement
* Interdisciplinary support available including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, and Unit Secretary
* Unit serves adult patients with a daily census of 20 and 30 beds available
* Pre-assignment testing and modules required to be completed within 48 hours of receiving login information
