Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Variable shift scheduling throughout the week
* Weekend coverage required every other weekend per unit needs (subject to change)
* On-call required: 1 shift every 6 weeks
* Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
* First-time travelers accepted if experience requirements are met
* Patient ratio of 1:4 (1-2 labor, 3-4 postpartum)
* Charting via Epic (preferred experience)
* Scrubs provided by facility
* Float may be required to sister facilities within the North region per facility request, within Women and Infants service line only
* Required certifications: BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, ACLS, STABLE
* 36 orientation hours required
* 22-bed unit serving neonatal and adult patient populations
* Interdisciplinary support available including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, and Transportation
